Lucian does not mind the cold; he's seen many a harsher winter than this one in his lifetime. It helps, too, that his body temperature runs higher than that of a human, and so he is able to venture outdoors as needed without much difficulty.

He's glad for this - the cage he currently finds himself in may be a large one, and its bars invisible, but Lucian would much prefer to be able to roam it in its entirety rather than find himself confined to a single corner.

The snowman is difficult to miss, towering over Lucian, but even moreso over the girl who's apparently built it. She's undoubtedly the smallest girl Lucian's ever met, but he's fairly certain she's not a child. He stops to observe, quiet and unobtrusive.
